This is an amazing sauce for chicken and pork! Marinate with it, mop with it, use it as a finishing sauce for pulled pork... really, it's a jack of all trades sauce. As others have said: "This stuff needs to be in the big bottles!" I completely agree!! I'll buy as many of the big bottles I can!
If you are familiar with the Western New York area (born and raised myself, now live in North Dakota), this sauce reminds me of a thick version of Chiavetta's Barbeque Marinade. But better. I know that's a big boast knowing that the latter is a staple in many pantry's in the area. I still cook with it as well but if I had a bigger bottle of Yardboss, I'd put Chiavetta's to the side.

Tried the YARDBOSS I ordered for the first time and the only regret I have is not buying more! This mopping sauce is amazing. I use it to marinate my chicken in, and then mop more on right before taking it off the grill. I was a little worried about the vinegar part of it because of not a huge fan of that, but it is more sweet than I would have thought. Will definitely buy more

Smoked chicken then used yardbirds to mop after putting on direct heat to crisp up skin...great flavor , best mop I've ever used
