I am a big fan of salt and like to sample salts from around the world. The salt Tacticalories is providing is as good, if not better, than Fleur de sel and Maldon - some of the premiere salt from France and England. I use both versions, course and fine - one for seasoning the meat and the other for cooked food. Well done and keep up the great work!
