HIGHLAND BUTCHERS BRINE KIT

This was one of the best brine kits out there. you don't need to measure anything. the pastrami I made from this was bar none one of the best I have ever made.

So I love good pastrami. I received this kit as a birthday present. The Mrs. loves corned beef too so I suspect she had a motive to buy it for me! I have been pleaded with Tacticalories products in the past and this was no disappointment! Kit comes with everything needed and directions on how to use it. I opted for some chuck roast instead of brisket and wow, it came out AMAZING. Absolutely blows those pre-brined store bought cuts out of the park! Flavor in the meat was absolutely fantastic and the Carvers Prime added a great touch of pepper to the bark. If you want some quality pastrami this is the stuff to buy!

It’s not just this particular product, it’s damn near everything Tacticalories makes. I’ve used their sauces/seasonings/brines and I just can’t find any other company that can compete with this high-level quality. I can’t tell you how many other seasonings I’ve thrown away (or given away) just because tacticalories ruined them for me (in a good way).
