Looked at the hand cannon a couple times, then finally pulled the trigger on it and I have to say, glad I did. It is a bit sweet with just the right amount of kick. Grilled beef back ribs and added some Hand cannon to the seasoning of the ribs and I have to admit, like all the seasonings you make, it hit the mark. Great flavor. Next it will be added to a smoked chicken. Canāt wait!
