Butch lived a strenuous and humble existence in the hills of Pennsylvania. Making his living falling trees and hand hewing lumber, bartering it off for his next meal.Two notes on Butch; he had hands of stone and he knew how to enjoy a proper meal.Each time a prime cut was on the menu - Brisket, Prime Rib, Ribeye... Butch would grab his fresh herbs and spice and hand grind his hearty blend.A fair trade... a few hand-crafted Oak beams for a fresh cut prime roast from the local ranch. His beams held a roof over the very beef he consumed.Butch has passed but his legend lives on.

Used on some 2” thick prime ribeyes and ny strips, was blown away by the flavor of this rub! Absolutely perfect blend of spices made for an incredible crust on the steaks. Would absolutely recommend!! Gave some to my buddies and they are hooked as well. BBQ sauces and other rubs are also amazing

This is my go to for any time I make a pot roast! I usually rub Olive oil on the roast then sprinkle very generously and rub it in. Always amazing flavor!

I’m just getting back into smoking meats and trying as many different things as possible. This past weekend I did beef back ribs and spare ribs and also and chuck roast into barbacoa. I used this seasoning for both meals and it was very good. Good thing I have two bottles because in emptied one this weekend already.
