I was hesitant to use this pumpkin spice rub on a rack of St. Louis ribs. Boy was I wrong! The combination of seasonings is so much different than your standard rib rubs. I smoked the ribs on a Big Green Egg and they were delicious. The bark was like eating candy. I am ordering more today!
