So a couple nights ago I used this on some baby back ribs and they turned out as good as any ribs I've ever made or tasted. The sauce is thin so you can use it as a marinade or a mop. I used it as a mop and glazed the ribs with about 5 layers. Single Barrel is the manifestation of my BBQ flavor goals. It is just how I want my BBQ to taste!!
