I poured some of this over a freshly smoked piece of brisket and gawd dang it was great. It's flavorful without having the overwhelming bourbon/whiskey taste like other sauces. It's sweet, has the flavor profiles of a bourbon. I think this is a great sauce for pork or chicken, will definitely be testing that out on a pork shoulder here soon.
