Directions for Sweet Peach Bourbon BBQ Corn Ribs

  • First, cut the corn into riblets. The best method is to stand the corn up vertically with the wider end being against the table. Once it’s standing vertically go ahead and chop it in half, then chop those halves into quarters. After, place the riblets into a catering tray that will then be placed into the grill.

  • Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. For our recteq RT-700, we set ours to around 275*.

  • Put the catering tin into the grill and close it. Cook until the edges are beginning to char and caramelize slightly. The corn kernels should be crisp-tender when they’re done. This usually takes 30-45 minutes.
