Grilled Corn Skewers with BELT FED Aioli 🌽

These bad boys have to be “up there” on the list of bangin’ BBQ sides to whip up with your next cook. SO easy, fun to cook and eat, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:
- Corn (buy local)
- 3/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Tacticalories BELT FED Midwestern Blend
- 1 Lemon (Juiced)
- Wooden Skewers

Instructions:
- Set your Grill to 400 Degrees and soak your wooden skewers in water
- Shuck and remove silk from your corn. Chop the tops and bottoms off of each ear and cut them in half. Place a skewer in each piece of corn. Lightly season with BELT FED seasoning prior to grilling.
- Grill for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until the kernels are tender and have a slight char
- In a squeeze bottle, mix mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, BELT FED and lemon juice and shake it up well.
- Top corn with the Belt Fed Aioli and MUNCH!! 🤤
