BORN IN BUFFALO: HELLDIVER Classic Buffalo Wings

Picture the scene:

Your boys are playing the 4:15 game, your friends are over - drinking all of your beer…. and everyone brought empty stomachs. It’s time for “zone coverage” and bowl full’a HELLDIVER wings.

We got you covered. 

Ingredients

Per Pound of Bone in Chicken Wings (2-3LBS of wings is usually perfect for a couple sets of fingers)

  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons of Primal SPG
  • ¼ Cup HELLDIVER Buffalo Wing Sauce

Instructions

  • Set grill or oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil and then place a cooking rack on top
  • Pat dry each wing and place them in a mixing bowl and add Baking Powder, Salt and Pepper and toss to evenly coat the wings
  • Arrange the wings on the cooking rack spaced out in a single layer, I like to separate the “Drums” and “Flats” because I find that they cook differently
  • Cook at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes then crank it up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for another 30-40 Minutes until they are Golden Brown and Crispy

Sauce them and toss them and then burn your mouth because you won't be able to wait for them to cool down!
