Assault & Pepper powered Low-Carb Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Amazing dinner. Super satisfying alternative to a pasta dish.

1. Trim, filet, then cube chicken beast. Toss into a sauce pan with olive oil. Cook till it's done, fool. Remove from heat then add 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold grassfed butter or alternative, mix until melted. Add ample amount of Tacticalories Assault & Pepper, mix and let sit.

2. Toss small bag of steamable broccoli into microwave. Cook per their instructions, I'm not a doctor.

3. Once the broccoli is done, drain and toss in a bowl. Add chicken. Pour 1/2 cup of the lowest carb containing alfredo sauce you can find. We found one that had only 2g of carbs per 1/4 cup. Sold.

4. Mix. Take 20-30 pics for Instagram, then enjoy.

PS - I topped with a little Fire Forged Sea Salt to add some extra heat to it. Yus.
